Queensland development is a key concern for the future development of the region, which makes the state government's recent Six Month Action Plan an important piece of legislation for any owners of Caboolture real estate.
Premier Campbell Newman announced the plan late last week (July 6), with the months of July through to December being dedicated to the a number of initiatives designed to help build a strong, bright future for Queensland.
These plans include tactics to improve education outcomes across the region, in order to increase literacy and numeracy across the state. Furthermore, the growth of awareness and subsequent tackling of alcohol-fuelled problems will take a forefront in the coming months.
"We'll also continue to work on making Queensland a safer place to live by strengthening laws and putting more police on the beat. We'll be delivering better infrastructure and planning in our growing regions, and we'll be reducing red tape so businesses can get on with the job and employ more people," said Mr Newman in a July 6 statement.
Tourism, construction and health services will all be examined in the coming months, with more time and resources being dedicated to the development of these Queensland sectors.
