Staying on top of infrastructure developments and helping to keep communities connected is an important part of civic planning, which could highlight the importance of the $8.5million lane upgrades being undertaken of South Pine Road from Camelia Avenue to Queens Road at Everton Hills.
When the project is finished, there will be a number of benefits for residents living in Caboolture real estate. There will be two additional traffic lanes along South Pine Road, helping to make commuting along the road much easier for all.
Furthermore, more parking and access to residential properties will make the space more comfortable for people living in the region, while a new signalised intersection at Buckland Road will maintain order and work to prevent collisions and altercations.
Division Ten councillor Brian Battersby said the project was anticipated to be completed by September 2015, with a number of closures and alternate routes expected during this time to allow time for construction to be completed.
"This is an important road upgrade for our region that's been designed with the help of feedback from the local community," said Mr Battersby in a 15 March statement.
The Caboolture area is currently seeing a lot of development, so keep these projects in mind when looking for a new place to invest.
