A recent release from the Master Builders Australia (MBA) has highlighted the increasing strength of commercial construction across the nation, which recently moved into positive territory for the first time since the global financial crisis. This could offer some market confidence for those interested in selling their house for sale in Burpengary or the surrounding suburbs in Moreton Bay.
This is the first time in five years commercial construction has moved into positive figures, with MBA chief economist Peter Jones stating the transition from a non-mining economy has helped the building industry gain the traction needed for future growth.
"For the second consecutive quarter the survey shows improvement in the current business conditions of commercial builders while the index measuring expectations of future activity also rose sharply," said Mr Jones in a 21 October statement.
Furthermore, Mr Jones said the growing strength and confidence in residential building construction was one of the main driving forces behind the commercial resurgence, as more regions require continued infrastructure development to support population growth.
With the rising strength of commercial real estate across the nation, now could be a great time to sell your Caboolture home as the demand for property continues to increase across the Sunshine State.
