There are many factors you're likely to take into consideration when going in search of houses for sale in Bellmere and one of them is the provision of local services.
Libraries are often at the heart of communities, so the news that efforts will be made to modernise these facilities throughout the Moreton Bay Regional Council area are going to be met with praise.
Some libraries will be integrated with other existing facilities while others will be upgraded. There are also plans to construct some new libraries throughout your new neighbourhood.
A $45 million community project is already underway at The Corso, which will be home to the new North Lakes Library.
"Membership at the new Caboolture Library at The Hub increased by 30 per cent in two years and a similar experience is expected when the new North Lakes Library opens later this year," said Moreton Bay Regional Council's lifestyle and amenity spokesperson Julie Greer.
One of the biggest changes will be that Beachmere Community Library is to transform into a mobile service from the end of July, which will visit the local area on a regular basis.
It'll benefit from a 50 per cent increase in the number of books, magazines, DVDs and other items that are available to borrow.
