With Queensland topping the Australian Bureau of Statistics labour force figures, now could be the perfect time to consider selling your Caboolture real estate in the coming months. As opportunities for employment grow, the number of houses for sale in Caboolture and the surrounding neighbourhoods is expected to increase.
Treasurer Tim Nicholls said Queensland's job creation was higher than any other state over the last 12 months, highlighting the great development of the four pillar economy over recent years. With the resource economy beginning to build in the state, there are a number of great opportunities on the horizon.
"Under the LNP [Liberal National Party], seasonally adjusted employment has increased by 61,000 in the last year, more than double the next best performing state. This includes an increase of 12,000 jobs in the last month alone," said Mr Nicholls in an April 10 statement.
"The trend measure shows an increase of 39,100 jobs in the last 12 months, including 4,200 in March. Importantly, trend employment has grown for 11 months straight."
With the infrastructure for further job creation growing across the state, now could be a great time to consider selling your Caboolture real estate for a healthy profit.
