Schools are a huge consideration when you're deciding where to relocate your family, so recent news out of Brisbane is likely to be welcomed if Caboolture real estate has made your short list.
One of the announcements is that Brisbane State High school is set to welcome a new state-of-the-art learning facility, which will feature 40 classrooms, as well as an art centre and other facilities.
The school has been serving the local area for 93 years so these latest developments will ensure it can move into the modern day and provide the services you and your kids would expect.
Meanwhile, Brisbane Central State School has introduced a number of brand new classrooms as part of a multi-million dollar project to increase the number of students who can enrol.
"There's no doubt that space in Brisbane's inner city is limited, which is why it is so important that we develop a strong plan for the future of these schools," said minister for education, training and employment John-Paul Langbroek.
He revealed how various plans are already in motion that will see the school be transformed over the next 12 months and beyond, so moving to the area is even more attractive.
