Deloitte: Queensland growth expected to continue into the future

By James Brown

The rising strength of the Queensland economy should be a source of confidence for state residents, with the latest release from Deloitte illustrating the high points of the region's recent growth. This could be great news for owners of Caboolture real estate wondering about the local economic growth.

Chris Richardson from Deloitte Access Economics said that Queensland is expected to perform better financially than both Victoria and New South Wales in the near future. It is also expected to see large increases in population and employment growth.

"Queenslanders have a lot to feel positive about. The State's project pipeline is pretty well spaced, which leaves it at less risk of a pothole in activity between resource-related construction projects finishing and most resource export volumes picking up," said Mr Richardson in a 21 August statement.

As the mining industry continues to develop over the coming years, there could be even more opportunities to make good investments across the state. If you're interested in securing a slice of Queensland real estate, get in touch with a local real estate agent and being looking into houses for sale in Caboolture today.
